A Mother, a Baby, and an Unexpected Companion
When Alicia Silvers was seven months pregnant, she received heartbreaking news—her husband, John, had died in a car accident. The shock sent her into early labor. With help from a neighbor, she gave birth to a premature baby boy, Edduin, who spent several weeks in the NICU before coming home.
