Cook this for my family at dinner and everyone couldn’t stop eating it!


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 12×16 inches.
  3. Spread the ranch dressing evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.
  4. Layer on the shredded chicken, crumbled bacon, and mozzarella cheese, distributing them evenly.
  5. Starting from one long side, roll the dough tightly into a log (like a jelly roll) and pinch the seam to seal.
  6. Place the stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  7. Brush the top with beaten egg, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  8. Using a sharp knife, cut a few small slits on top to let steam escape.
  9. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  10. Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
