Kayleigh McEnany and her husband, former Mets pitcher Sean Gilmartin, have joyfully welcomed their third child, a baby girl named Avery Grace. Kayleigh shared heartwarming photos on Instagram, writing, “Blake and Nash love their baby sister, and we are enjoying this beautiful time in life.” The happy news was also announced on Fox’s Outnumbered by co-host Emily Compagno, who introduced Avery as “the newest member of the Outnumbered family.”
In her post, Kayleigh included a verse from Psalm 139:13–14, reflecting her gratitude and faith throughout her pregnancy. Their older children—Blake, 5, and Nash, 2—are thrilled about their new sibling, with Blake especially excited to welcome baby Avery.
Kayleigh and Sean’s love story began in 2015 when she was a student at Harvard Law School. They tied the knot in 2017 with a Florida wedding surrounded by loved ones. Since then, their family has grown steadily, welcoming Nash in 2019, Blake in 2022, and now Avery in 2025.
Now 37, Kayleigh has shared that she plans to focus on what she calls “life’s most important headline”—her family.
While Kayleigh hasn’t shared an exact return date to Outnumbered, fans can likely look forward to her rejoining the show later this year, bringing her signature warmth and faith back to the anchor desk. In the meantime, life at home is full and joyful, with three children under six keeping the household delightfully “outnumbered” in the best way.
